Formerly the offices and manufacturing plant of Louden Machinery Company , this is the key building on the Louden Tour.

Today it contains a coffee bar and restaurant among other businesses and apartments. Louden-related photographs are in Regina's bar.

Note: Displays of Louden photos and drawings can be seen at the Chamber of Commerce (204 W. Broadway) and the County Extension Office at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds on West Burlington.

The latter photos were discovered in the Smithsonian archives.
