Formerly the offices and manufacturing plant of Louden Machinery Company , this is the key building on the Louden Tour.

Today it contains a coffee bar and restaurant among other businesses and apartments. Louden-related photographs are in Vivo's bar.

Note: Displays of Louden photos and drawings can be seen at the Carnegie Museum. The photos were discovered in the Smithsonian archives.
