W. C. Ball House, 1876
1008 North "B" Street

The builder is unknown. The barn was built in 1885, and the house in 1876.

The house is a fine vernacular residence fusing details of Italianate, stick, and Eastlake styling.

George Ball, brother of W. C. Ball, acquired it in 1896 and lived there until 1919.
