Working with the Fairfield City Planner, City Council, and a motivated committee of Fairfield citizens, the JCTC hopes to facilitate development of a transportation
masterplan which would create "spokes" from within the city out to the Loop Trail.
Additional plans call for linking the city's major recreational buildings and fields, as well as creating safe bicycle routes to schools. Community meetings will be held to receive public input.
