Work begins on the Walton Road Bridge, Oct, 2013

Construction work began in May 2013 at the Walton Road project, across from the Loop Trail parking lot at Walton Lake.  Bob Brown's crew did the fill work on the south side of Walton Rd for the realigned Loop Trail, and Schaus Vorhies Manufacturing began the preliminary bridge work on the north side of Walton Road.

The latest photos are at the bottom of the page (latest update is Nov, 23, 2013).

By December, the bridge was ready to use, after the concrete was poured and cured on south side of Walton Road.

The ground for the bridge at Walton Road was surveyed in the spring, May 18, 2013.
